Delicious frozen food completely vegan? iglo makes it possible! Iglo frozen products with vegan ingredients offer a variety of flavors and options to enrich your diet while avoiding animal products.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in the oven
- Preheat oven to 210°C top and bottom heat (190°C convection; gas oven level 7).
- Place vegan "Chicken" Dinos on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for approx. 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn after half the baking time. Please follow the instructions of the baking paper manufacturer.
Preparation in the pan
- Add some oil to a heated coated pan.
- Carefully place the frozen vegan "Chicken" Dinos in the pan.
- Fry over medium heat for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown, turning regularly.
- Place dinosaur nuggets on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.

Zutaten: Weizenprotein rehydriert (39%), Rapsöl, Paniermehl (WEIZENMEHL, Salz, Paprikapulver, Hefe, Kurkuma), Wasser, WEIZENMEHL, Maismehl, Bambusfaser, Stabilisator: Methylcellulose*, Tapiokastärke, natürliches Aroma, Salz, Knoblauchpulver, weißer Pfeffer, Zwiebelpulver. Kann Spuren von MILCH und SENF enthalten. *Methylcellulose wird aus Pflanzen gewonnen und verleiht unseren den veganen „Chicken" Dinos Form und Textur.
