The wisdom of timeless tradition, born in the vineyards of Villa Trasqua, finds expression year after year in the intense aroma of this Chianti Classico. The Chianti Classico matures for twelve months in large, Slovenian oak barrels before being bottled. The ruby red color of the wine shimmers with violet reflections. The rich aroma of red forest fruits and ripe cherries is accompanied by soft vanilla notes. A pleasant mouthfeel with noticeable tannins and a clear acid structure. Definitely a wine with a lot of character and strong terroir expression, which develops wonderfully in the glass! Goes well with red meat dishes and mature cheese.
