Miil Edamer, natural and full-fat sliced cheese, 45% fat in dry matter. It is a semi-hard, ripening cheese, known for its full flavour. Approximately 10 litres of milk are used to produce 1 kg of this excellent cheese, and the cheese ripens in the form of 100 kg blocks.

Fat content in dry matter min. 45%. Dry matter content min. 55%.

USE: You can enjoy Eidam on a cheeseboard, where you can complement it with fresh baguette and fruit. However, it can also be used in warm cuisine
