The Viani olive oil is composed of 5 different olive varieties, which are harvested manually and processed quickly and carefully. The medium-fruity oil has both slightly sweet and green notes of freshly cut grass, tomato and herbs. It goes well with vegetables, fruit, fresh cheeses, on bruschetta and in salads. Of course, you can also fry fish and meat in it.

Olive oil flakes out when stored below 6°C.

At room temperature it becomes clear again without loss of quality.
