iglo MSC Gourmet Fillet Cream Spinach - The One with the Blubb 380g
100% juicy Alaska Pollock fillet with a creamy topping of fine iglo cream spinach with the Blubb and garnished with Edam cheese.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in the oven with top/bottom heat
- Preheat oven including baking tray to 210°C.
- Place the unthawed Gourmet Fillet in the cardboard tray on the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approx. 45 minutes. Please make sure that the cardboard tray does not touch the oven wall! Cooking on the oven rack takes approx. 5 minutes longer.
- The Gourmet Fillet is ready when it is golden brown and gratinated.
- Open the oven door and let the Gourmet Fillet steam off in the oven for approx. 30 seconds.
Preparation in the convection oven
- Preheat oven including baking tray to 210°C.
- Place the unthawed Gourmet Fillet in the cardboard tray on the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for approx. 40 minutes. Please make sure that the cardboard tray does not touch the oven wall! Cooking on the oven rack takes approx. 5 minutes longer.

Preparation in the microwave
- Place the unthawed Gourmet Fillet in the cardboard tray on a microwave-safe plate and cook at 600 watts for approx. 13-15 minutes.
- The Gourmet Fillet is ready when it is slightly gratinated.
Always check that the fish is cooked through.
