Filegro Rosemary-Lemon are two fine fish fillets in a light flour coating, refined with rosemary and lemon.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pan
- Add fat to a heated pan.
- Add unthawed Filegros.
- Fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning several times.
- The Filegros are done when they are fried golden brown.
