iglo Veggie Love Plätzli Tomato-Mozzarella 250g
The breaded Plätzli from iglo are perfect for refining your home cooking with a pinch of Swiss flair.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in the oven (recommended)
- Preheat the oven including the baking tray to 220 °C top and bottom heat.
- Place the Plätzli with the curved side down on the baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake on the middle rack for approx. 12 minutes, turn once after approx. 6 minutes and then finish baking.
- Caution hot filling!
- Let cool briefly before eating.
Preparation in the pan
- Add 4 tbsp rapeseed oil (vegetable oil) to a heated, coated pan.
- Add frozen Plätzli.
- Fry at medium heat for approx. 7-8 minutes until golden brown, turning several times.
- Drain the Plätzli briefly on kitchen paper and let cool for 1-2 minutes before eating.
