iglo Natur-Gemüse Peas & Carrots 540g
Fresh from the field – the name says it all. iglo vegetables are processed and frozen within a very short time after harvesting. This optimally preserves valuable nutrients and aroma – for the best taste at all times.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a saucepan
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the peas and carrots unthawed to 125 ml of boiling water.
- Bring the vegetables to a boil covered over high heat, then cook for about 5 minutes. Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the peas and carrots unthawed with 4 tbsp of water to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook the vegetables in the microwave at 600 watts covered for about 12 minutes. Stir several times.
For optimal absorption of vitamin A, we recommend adding a little vegetable oil to the meal.
