Coppenrath & Wiese Mini-Berliner with Raspberry Filling 175g

Fluffy yeast dough with a fruity raspberry filling and sprinkled with fine sugar. Deep-frozen.

Preparation:

• Preparation in the oven:

Remove the desired number of mini-Berliners from the foil bag. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 100 °C; circulating air 80°C). Place the mini-Berliners on a rack covered with baking paper. Heat on the middle rack for 6-8 minutes. 

• Preparation in the microwave:

Remove the desired number of mini-Berliners from the foil bag. Place the mini-Berliners on a microwave-safe plate. Heat with a hood at 300 watts for approx. 1 1/2 minutes. Let the mini-Berliners rest for 3 minutes before serving.

• Preparation at room temperature:

Remove the desired number of mini-Berliners from the foil bag. Place the mini-Berliners on a suitable serving plate. Let thaw at room temperature for 35 minutes.
