Coppenrath & Wiese Old Bohemian Cheesecake 1250g
Creamy cream cheese refined with eggs and whole milk, rounded off with vanilla and lemon flavor, on a crispy shortcrust pastry. Deep-frozen.
Preparation:
- Preparation in the oven:
Remove the packaging, foil and baking plate from the bottom of the cake. Place the frozen cake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (top/bottom heat 160 °C; circulating air 160°C) - without preheating! Heat on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes.
- Preparation in the microwave:
Remove the packaging, foil and baking plate from the bottom of the cake. Place the frozen cake on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with the microwave hood and heat at 350 watts for approx. 17 minutes. Let stand for approx. 15 minutes before serving.
- Thawing at room temperature:
Remove the packaging, foil and baking plate from the bottom of the cake. Place the frozen cake on a suitable serving plate. Thaw at room temperature for 5 hours.
