Spaghetti Carbonara with hearty bacon

Store refrigerated at +2 to +7°C, consume within one day after opening.

IN THE MICROWAVE:

1. Open the bag of fresh pasta and place it in the bowl.
2. Shake the sauce bag before opening and spread the contents over the pasta so that the pasta is completely covered by the sauce.
3. Cover the bowl with a suitable lid or kitchen paper and place in the microwave for 5 min. at 700–800W or 4 ½ min. at 900–1000W. Use only the microwave function (no grill function).
4. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, it will be very hot. Let it rest covered for 1 min., stir and refine with the topping as desired.

IN THE PAN:

1. Shake the sauce bag before opening, pour into the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add the fresh pasta, mix evenly with the sauce and bring to a boil again.
3. Cook for 4 min. with the lid closed and over medium heat. Stir again when half of the cooking time has elapsed.
4. Arrange as desired and refine with the topping.
