Store refrigerated at +2 to +7°C, consume within one day after opening.
IN THE MICROWAVE:
- Open the bag of fresh pasta and put it in the bowl.
- Shake the sauce bag before opening and spread the contents over the pasta so that the pasta is completely covered by the sauce.
- Cover the bowl with a suitable lid or kitchen paper and place in the microwave for 5 minutes at 700-800W or 4 ½ minutes at 900-1000W. Use only the microwave function (no grill function).
- Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, it will be very hot. Let it rest covered for 1 minute, stir and refine with the topping as desired.
IN THE PAN:
- Shake the sauce bag before opening, put it in the pan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
- Add the fresh pasta, mix evenly with the sauce and bring to the boil again.
- Cook for 4 minutes with the lid closed and over medium heat. Stir again when half the cooking time has elapsed.
- Arrange as desired and refine with the topping.
