Cooking instructions: Place 250g of spinach leaves in a microwaveable bowl. Cover with a microwaveable lid. Microwave cooking times from frozen: 3 minutes on 750W or 2½ minutes on 900W. Stir well, cover and cook for a further 2½ minutes on 750W or 2½ minutes on 900W. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Drain and season to taste. Do not reheat.
