Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a rectangle (or use pre-rolled dough).

Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough from both long sides into strips approx. 2 cm wide, maintaining a 45-degree angle. Leave an approximately 10 cm wide strip uncut in the middle.

Spread the baby spinach on the middle strip, lightly salt and pepper it. Cut the Halloumi into small cubes and fry briefly in a pan until golden brown. Distribute the cheese along with the pine nuts and Prosciutto Crudo over the spinach.

Chef's tip

Serve the strudel with a fresh dip made from yogurt and herbs.
