  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 6 dates
  • 3 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 30 g freeze-dried raspberries

Put the oats, soft butter, dates, baking cocoa, and a pinch of salt into a blender and process everything into a homogeneous mixture.

Form small balls from the mixture. Crumble the freeze-dried raspberries and roll the balls in them until they are evenly coated. Alternatively, you can also use chopped nuts like pistachios.

Store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 2 weeks.
