Diese selbstgemachten RAW-Riegel sind die perfekte gesunde Energiequelle für zwischendurch. Die Kombination aus süßen Datteln, cremigen Cashewkernen und feinem Kakao sorgt für einen natürlichen Power-Boost – ganz ohne Backen und ohne Industriezucker. Ideal für die Schule, das Büro oder als Snack nach dem Sport!

Preparation method

Place the dates in a bowl, cover with water, and let them soak overnight (or for at least 2 hours) to soften. Then drain the water, cut the dates into coarse pieces, and finely puree them in a blender.

Add the cashew nuts and baking cocoa to the date puree and blend briefly again until a homogeneous, slightly lumpy mixture forms.

Press the mixture firmly into a bar mold. If you don't have a mold, line a small loaf pan with baking paper, fill it with the mixture, and press it down firmly with your hands or a spoon so that no gaps remain.

Chef's tip

For an extra crunchy touch, you can fold in some coarsely chopped cashew nuts at the end.

The bars will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
