Preparation method

In a bowl, thoroughly mix coconut flakes, honey, and coconut milk.

Place the bowl in the freezer for about 20 minutes so that the mixture becomes firm enough to shape.

While the mixture cools, break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bain-marie. To do this, fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil. Place a suitable bowl (glass or stainless steel) on top of the pot (the bottom of the bowl should not touch the water) and slowly melt the chocolate in it, stirring constantly.

Chef's tip

For a vegan version, you can simply replace the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
