Ingredients
- 50 g ladyfingers
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp water (hot)
- 100 g mascarpone
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp baking cocoa
Instructions
- 1Finely crumble the ladyfingers. This works best in a blender or by placing them in a freezer bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
- 2In a large bowl, stir 1 tbsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water until the powder has dissolved.
- 3Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the crumbled ladyfingers to the coffee mixture. Mix everything well and process into a uniform mass.
- 4Form 10 equally sized balls from the dough. Then roll them in baking cocoa until they are evenly covered all around.
- 5Serve the finished Tiramisu balls immediately or store them in the refrigerator until consumption.
