  • 50 g ladyfingers
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp water (hot)
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 10 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp baking cocoa

Instructions

    Finely crumble the ladyfingers. This works best in a blender or by placing them in a freezer bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.

    In a large bowl, stir 1 tbsp instant coffee with 2 tbsp hot water until the powder has dissolved.

    Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the crumbled ladyfingers to the coffee mixture. Mix everything well and process into a uniform mass.

    Form 10 equally sized balls from the dough. Then roll them in baking cocoa until they are evenly covered all around.

    Serve the finished Tiramisu balls immediately or store them in the refrigerator until consumption.
