Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Core the apple and grate it coarsely. Grate the carrot finely. Put both into a medium-sized bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and add it as well.

Add the remaining ingredients (oats, ground almonds, apple puree, and baking powder) and mix everything into a smooth dough. Fill the dough into the prepared muffin tin.
