Preparation method

Cut open tea bags and finely grind the tea in a mortar (or alternatively in a food processor).

Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and the ground chai in a large bowl using a hand mixer until fluffy.

Add flour and salt and mix in. Knead with your hands to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
