Peel parsnips and potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Bring parsnip cubes and potato cubes to a boil in a pot with 150 ml water and cook covered over low heat for approx. 10 min until soft.

Stir in the oat flakes and cook the porridge for another 3 min, stirring constantly.
