Ingredients
- 1 potato (50 g)
- 100 g parsnips
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation
- 1Peel parsnips and potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- 2Bring parsnip cubes and potato cubes to a boil in a pot with 150 ml water and cook covered over low heat for approx. 10 min. until soft.
- 3Stir in the oat flakes and cook the porridge for another 3 min., stirring constantly.
- 4Remove the pot from the heat. Add apple juice and oil and finely puree everything with an immersion blender. If necessary, add a little more apple juice.
Tip
- 1Instead of parsnips, you can also use carrots, fennel, or celery.
