Ingredients

  • 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 150 g apples
  • 50 g millet flakes
  • 120 ml apple juice
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil

Preparation

    Peel and dice potatoes. Wash pumpkin, peel if necessary, and dice as well. Place both in a pot and simmer covered with 200 ml water for approx. 15 min.

    Wash, core, and dice 150 g apples. Add to the pot and cook for 5 min.

    Stir in 50 g millet flakes. Bring the porridge to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Remove the pot from the heat, add apple juice and rapeseed oil. Puree everything finely and dilute with a little water if necessary.

    Set aside 1 portion for immediate feeding. Let the rest cool down and freeze in portions.
