Ingredients
- 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 250 g potatoes
- 150 g apples
- 50 g millet flakes
- 120 ml apple juice
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation
- 1Peel and dice potatoes. Wash pumpkin, peel if necessary, and dice as well. Place both in a pot and simmer covered with 200 ml water for approx. 15 min.
- 2Wash, core, and dice 150 g apples. Add to the pot and cook for 5 min.
- 3Stir in 50 g millet flakes. Bring the porridge to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 4Remove the pot from the heat, add apple juice and rapeseed oil. Puree everything finely and dilute with a little water if necessary.
- 5Set aside 1 portion for immediate feeding. Let the rest cool down and freeze in portions.
