Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a cooking pot
- Simply defrost the kale in a closed pot with 375 ml of salted water over medium heat.
- After defrosting, add sautéed onions in lard or vegetable fat, stir and cook over low heat for about 30-60 minutes (depending on the desired consistency), stirring several times.
- Season or add more water if necessary.
