Without medicinal additives, but with natural feed, beef is produced that delights you with its tender bite, fine aroma, and regional origin.

Preparation Recommendation: Season your Wiesenhammer generously with a marinade of oil, fresh herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let the meat marinate for at least 12 hours so that the flavors can penetrate deeply. Preheat your grill to indirect heat (approx. 120–140 °C). Place the Wiesenhammer on the grate, preferably with a drip tray underneath, and grill it with the lid closed for 4–6 hours until the meat reaches a core temperature of approx. 90 °C. Baste it repeatedly with the marinade or roasting juices in between. Finally, grill it crispy on all sides over direct heat – this creates the perfect crust. Slice, enjoy, and simply be happy!
