Levoni's Italian sausages are made from first-class meat and from pigs born, raised and processed in Italy. For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavors from all over the world. Every day we process our spices fresh to create unique fragrances and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something. Since everyone should be able to share in this enjoyment, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.
