For our recipes we use the finest spices, herbs and natural flavors from all over the world. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific choice of wood, which gives our sausages that special something.
