Levoni Cacciatore Italiano DOP in one piece

The salami italiani alla cacciatora DOP are made from pork, salt, pepper, a select blend of spices and traditionally with a little garlic. At the end of the slow and careful drying process, they are small and weigh approximately 200-250 grams. They are slightly curved and the slice appears compact and uniform when cut. The colour is evenly ruby red with well-distributed pieces of fat. The typical scent of dried salami, the scent of ripe meat, the masterfully balanced blend of spices makes everyone's mouth water.
