These raw Black Tiger King prawns from Fjord Bohemia originate from Vietnam and deliver a truly premium seafood experience. 1 piece thawed, raw Black Tiger prawn (Penaeus monodon), the "king of prawns", with head, shell and intestines.
Size 2/4 - the size of prawns is indicated in pieces per kg, in this case 2-4 pieces per kg.
Taste and preparation:
The "king of prawns" has a slightly sweet flesh and is almost reminiscent of lobster meat.
The large specimens are best grilled with head and shell. The peeled specimens can also be used raw. Smaller specimens can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. in travel pots etc.
