Fermented Chinese cabbage in a special seasoning paste.

What makes their original kimchi so special? The specially formulated seasoning paste provides plenty of juiciness and a deep umami flavor.

And as with all their products, they completely verzichten on additives, sugar or other and use only plant-based ingredients.

Goes particularly well with rice, potatoes or cheese and refines burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and much more.

Recipe idea:

Bibim Guksu with "the original kimchi"

​​Ingredients:

200 g soba noodles

200 g the original kimchi

100 g cucumber

2 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp rice syrup

5 tbsp water

4 tsp light sesame

2 tsp black sesame oil

Radish leaves (other green leafy vegetables or herbs can also be used)

Ice cubes

How to proceed:

Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente - then rinse under cold running water so that they do not become too sticky. In a small bowl, stir the rice syrup with water, sesame oil and the kimchi brine from the jar.

Halve the cucumber and cut into fine strips and arrange on the plate next to the noodles and radish leaves. Add kimchi and pour the cold brine mixture over it. Finally, sprinkle with sesame and add the ice cubes and serve.

Industrially produced foods with artificial additives, unhealthy fats, lots of sugar, few nutrients and hardly any naturalness are actually only fun for the industry - less so for the environment and least of all for the consumers.
