Smoky Jalapeño Kraut

Salad bowl with smoky jalapeño kraut

Ingredients

Rocket 

Lettuce

Stewed zucchini

Stewed tomato 

3 tbsp olive oil

Juice of half a lemon 

2-3 radishes 

Salt, pepper

4 tbsp smoky jalapeño kraut

Instructions

–

Wash the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
Slice the radishes and add them to the salad together with the stewed vegetables.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and add olive oil and lemon.
Finally, top the bowl with the smoky jalapeño kraut. 

Industrially produced foods with artificial additives, unhealthy fats, lots of sugar, few nutrients and hardly any naturalness are actually only fun for the industry – less so for the environment and least of all for the consumers.
