Mini Pak Choi

Originating from Asia, this type of cabbage, also known as mustard cabbage or leaf cabbage in this country, is a relative of the traditional Chinese cabbage. However, it is more reminiscent of chard in appearance and also has a much milder cabbage aroma like its relative. The crispy, sturdy stalks and the tender leaves are used in various dishes. It is ideal as an ingredient in salads, briefly blanched in a wok or as a crispy side dish with meat.
