Mix the ground beef with 3 pressed garlic cloves, smoked paprika powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, and the finely chopped red onion. Season generously with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized spheres and gently flatten them with the palm of your hand.
Grilling and Preparing the Sauce
Grill the meat patties on the hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side. High-quality beef can remain slightly pink in the center. At the same time, grill the orange bell peppers cut into wide strips.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, mix the Greek yogurt with the remaining pressed garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, sage, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
