Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and bring them to room temperature. Rub with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.

Meanwhile, pre-cook the baby potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the pre-cooked potatoes on it and gently flatten them with the bottom of a glass (smashed potatoes). Sprinkle with grill seasoning and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Chef's tip
Be sure to let the meat rest so that the meat juices can distribute and the steak remains particularly juicy.
