In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the egg, paprika powder, dried marjoram, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, and pressed garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil. Sauté the finely diced onion in it for approx. 8–10 minutes until translucent and soft.

Add the sautéed onions to the meat mixture in the bowl and knead everything well. Form 6 equally sized Frikadellen from the mixture.
