Preparation method

First, mix the ground beef with 20 ml soy sauce and 1 tbsp gingerbread spice. Let it marinate briefly.

Wash and cut the vegetables: Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into fine half-rings, and the spring onions into pieces about 2 cm long. Press or finely chop the garlic.

Heat 3 tbsp rapeseed oil in a large pan or wok. Sear the seasoned meat over high heat for approx. 5–8 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt. Then remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
Chef's tip
Serve this dish with basmati rice or jasmine rice for an authentic Asian experience.
