First, mix the ground beef with 20 ml soy sauce and 1 tbsp gingerbread spice. The spice gives the meat a wonderful depth.

Prepare the vegetables: Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the bell pepper into strips, the onion into fine half-rings, and the spring onions into pieces about 2 cm long. Finely chop or press the garlic.

Heat 3 tbsp rapeseed oil in a large pan or wok. Sear the seasoned meat over high heat for about 5–8 minutes until it is crumbly and browned. Season with a pinch of salt, then remove from the pan and set aside.
Chef's tip
Serve the dish with basmati rice or jasmine rice for a complete meal.
