- 225 g beef fillet, cut into fine strips
- 50 ml soy sauce (or Asian wok sauce)
- 125 g broccoli, divided into small florets
- 1 small carrot, cut into fine sticks
- ½ red bell pepper, cut into fine strips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

- Basmati rice as a side dish

Heat the oil strongly in a wok or large pan. Sear the beef strips for about 2 minutes until browned. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.

Add the prepared vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper) to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until al dente.

Return the meat to the pan, add the sauce, and mix everything well. Deglaze with a splash of water and simmer for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve hot with cooked basmati rice.
Chef's tip
For a vegetarian option, you can simply replace the beef with tofu or more vegetables.
