Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a baking dish (approx. 25 cm x 35 cm).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the grated zucchini, carrots, diced onions, rice, salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Knead everything thoroughly into a firm mixture.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf about 25 cm long, place it in the baking dish, and pour water around it. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven at 195–200 °C for about 55–60 minutes.
Chef's tip
Serve the meatloaf with a fresh green salad or a light yogurt dip for an extra fresh touch.
