Ingredients
- 300 g beef fillet
- 200 g rice
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Several tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Black sesame
Ingredients for Gochujang Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang chili paste
- 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
- 1Wash the rice, salt it, and cook according to package instructions.
- 2Cut the meat into several pieces, then slice it very thinly against the grain. Clean and wash all the vegetables. Slice the carrot thinly, the onion into rings, and the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Crush the garlic with a garlic press.
- 3Mix all listed ingredients for the sauce and refrigerate to chill.
- 4Drizzle a non-stick pan with a little oil and sauté the carrot, onion, mushrooms, and sprouts separately one after another over low heat. Add a little water to the spinach and add the garlic. As soon as the spinach wilts, it's done. Prepare fried eggs. Set aside all already cooked ingredients, clean the pan, drizzle with oil again, and sear the meat on both sides. Due to the thin slices, the meat cooks quickly and does not require a long cooking time. When the meat is done, add one tablespoon of soy sauce and leave the pan on the stove for another minute.
- 5Now assemble the entire dish. Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl, put the fried egg in the center on top of the rice, and arrange the carrot, onion, mushrooms, sprouts, spinach, and meat around the edge of the bowl. Serve with Gochujang sauce.
