It's an absolute hit. There's really no meat in it, and we swear by the taste. We created this bowl for you together with Julia Ulrich, our fantastic chef. She taught us how to prepare plant-based dishes so deliciously that you'll want to try more, even if you are a meat lover. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

How did we manage to make the food taste so good even though it contains no meat, you ask? Julia refuses to compromise on her recipes, which is why we use a meat alternative in this bowl. And why? Because it tastes great. 

About The Green Garden...

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, originally wanted to study art history and Spanish. But along the way, she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She gathered all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg that is also popular with meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid-19 pandemic.
