Coco-Raspberry Boogie chia pudding! we have prepared for you together with Julia Ulrich, our fantastic chef. She showed us how to prepare vegan dishes that are so delicious that even as a meat lover you want to try more of them. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

About The Green Garden...

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialities. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says eating a green garden is like eating a rainbow. Colourful food simply makes people happy.
