PAPPUDIA Chilled Puff Pastry

The chilled puff pastry is pre-rolled on baking paper. Thanks to its plant-based composition, it is also suitable for vegans.

Usage

Suitable for preparing sweet or savory strudels. 

After removing the dough from the refrigerator, let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes so that it does not tear. Remove the dough from the packaging and roll it out on a baking sheet together with the baking paper. Fill the dough as desired and shape it as desired. Brush with water or egg and bake in a preheated oven on the top and bottom at 210 °C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
