This gluten-free Alnatura dry mix can be used to quickly and easily prepare 15 to 17 falafel balls. The basis of this organic mix is chickpea groats and flour, finely tuned with onion, garlic and spices such as cumin and coriander. The falafel balls are quick to make and taste great with salad, flatbread or pickled vegetables. They are a special treat with a hummus dip. All agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.
