A gluten-free flour - made from fresh coconut meat, which is crushed, defatted and ground. With its exotic taste, coconut flour can refine soups, stews and curries and also fits into shakes, smoothies and desserts. 

The Alnatura coconut flour has a high protein content and is rich in fiber; in pastries and bread, 20 to 30 percent of the grain can be replaced by coconut flour. The coconuts come from organic farming.
