For farmer Kai, taste and quality always come first, which is why he pays great attention to the sustainable cultivation of his fields. Even if this reduces the yield, it increases the quality of the products.
With heart and passion, the family business under the management of farmer Kai cultivates over 80 different crops exclusively outdoors. In addition to classic vegetables such as lettuce and various types of cabbage, a great deal of emphasis is also placed on tasty tomatoes. In a unique open-air cultivation that is unique in this country, specialities such as peppers, aubergines and even watermelons are also grown.
