With heart and passion, the family business, led by farmer Kai, cultivates over 80 different crops exclusively outdoors. A major focus, in addition to classic vegetables like lettuce and various types of cabbage, is also on flavorful tomatoes. In an outdoor cultivation system uniquely diverse in this country, specialties such as bell peppers, eggplants, and even watermelons are also grown.
