With heart and passion, the family business, led by farmer Kai, cultivates over 80 different crops exclusively outdoors. A major focus, in addition to classic vegetables such as lettuce and various types of cabbage, is also on flavorful tomatoes. In an uniquely diverse open-field cultivation here in this country, specialties such as bell peppers, eggplants, and even watermelons are also grown.
