Traditional pressing with bronze dies and subsequent slow drying give the fusilli a rough surface, which improves the absorption of sauces. PPURA consciously avoids the use of colorings, preservatives and artificial ingredients. The organic emmer is cultivated exclusively in the fertile regions of Tuscany and Umbria, which gives these fusilli their unique taste.
