Ingredients
- 120g broccoli
- 60g potatoes
- 30g fish (salmon or cod)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation
- 1Wash the potatoes and broccoli and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Rinse the fish and pat it dry with a cloth.
- 2Put all ingredients into a pot. Add enough water to the pot so that all ingredients are covered with water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- 3Using a sieve, separate the cooked ingredients from the remaining cooking water. Collect the water in a separate bowl.
- 4Puree all ingredients and add a spoon of rapeseed oil. To regulate the consistency of the puree, add the reserved cooking water until the puree has the desired consistency.
