Ingredients

  • 120g broccoli
  • 60g potatoes
  • 30g fish (salmon or cod)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Preparation

    Wash the potatoes and broccoli and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Rinse the fish and pat it dry with a cloth.

    Put all ingredients into a pot. Add enough water to the pot so that all ingredients are covered with water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

    Using a sieve, separate the cooked ingredients from the remaining cooking water. Collect the water in a separate bowl.

    Puree all ingredients and add a spoon of rapeseed oil. To regulate the consistency of the puree, add the reserved cooking water until the puree has the desired consistency.
